DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Where do you deliver?
We offer free shipping within Australia over $50 and deliver globally with shipping rate calculated at checkout.
When will I receive my delivery?
Domestic
Standard - We ship from Sydney. You will receive your order within 2 - 7 business days after dispatch depending on your location.
Express - Estimated to be delivered within 2 business days after dispatch.
International
You are expected to receive your order within 6 - 14 business days after dispatch.
Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
What is Cubic Cards’ return policy?
We offer a 30-day return period for our products Australia-wide. To begin the return process, you will need to email us at hello@cubiccards.com and provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If 30 days has passed since the delivery date, we will not be able to provide a refund. Please note that we require the products to be returned to us in their original and unused condition. Any products that are damaged and used will no longer be eligible for a return nor replacement. Please note that for Bundles, we do not accept partial returns. We also require the products to be sent back in our original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.
How do I make a return?
To begin the return process, you will need to email us at hello@cubiccards.com and provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What if you stick it wrong?
Don't worry, our stickers are made from high-quality adhesive materials which allow them to be peeled off from the background. You can simply remove the stickers and re-stick them wherever you want!
What are the dimensions of Cubic Cards?
Cubic Cards ranges from 12.5 x 17 cm to 12.5 x 19 cm for standard puzzles and 18 x 15.5 cm for large puzzles. The large puzzles have more pieces and are more difficult than the standard puzzles.
Who are Cubic Cards not for?
Cubic cards are not designed to be played by children under 3 years old, as the smaller stickers may possess choking hazards. It may also be too complicated for them. Parents please be aware.
Is There a Guide?
Each puzzle comes with a complete guide—either printed on the back or as a separate sheet. We recommend starting from the middle and working your way out, figuring out the sticking order as you go. If you ever get stuck, feel free to check out our videos on social media!

We accept Mastercard, VISA, Amex, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Afterpay.
We operate online, so unfortunately we cannot accept cash. For security reasons we don't accept payment over the phone.
